Introduction
Three Men and a Mower L.L.C. is family-owned and operated in Oak Harbor, Washington by Kevin & Barbara Counts. Since opening, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services come with a personal touch. That's why we have repeatedly been voted "Best Landscaping Company" by the readers of the Whidbey News-Times!
We offer quality products and services, customized to best suit your desired outcome as well as your financial budget. All of our estimates are free to the customer with the exception of design only estimates. We are general contractors in the state of Washington (lic#THREEMM956QB) and are licensed, bonded and insured.
History
At the end of his 10 year naval enlistment, Kevin started Three Men and a Mower. For over 20 years he has provided the Oak Harbor area with quality lawn care and maintenance. A few years into the business, Kevin branched into landscaping and has since expanded into a general contractor, able to provide a broader spectrum of landscape design and installation. A few years later, he married Barbara.
Barbara's degree in Horticulture brings knowledge and skill to our business. From plant choices on new landscaping projects to addressing plant disease and repair, Barbara is an asset to our company.
